Return Policy

At CentralMix, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, accessories, manuals, and protective films must still be attached.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

  • For hygiene reasons, used personal care items (such as hair brushes, straighteners, beauty tools, etc.) cannot be returned once opened, unless the product is defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace it or issue a full refund after inspection. To speed up the process, include clear photos or videos of the issue in your email to our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

  • Gift cards and digital downloads.

  • Opened or used personal care items, unless defective.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at centralmixcontact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.

Please do not send any items back without prior authorization, as unapproved returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different model or color, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  2. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at centralmixcontact@gmail.com.
